Many of our items are made to order and customized just for you. Once we make your custom items, we cannot return them or give a refund. Returns of non-custom items are considered on a case by case basis and require a return authorization. New customers: please utilize our Sampler Sections to try our products in small size, before committing to full sized products or visit us in store to try our amazing products in person.
